NHS Varsity Girls Bowling team defeated Granville 1684 to 1630. Leading scorers for the Wild Cats: Nikki Green 174, Aneesa Smith 182 and 141, Kyra Mandich 140, Rachel Jennigs 140 and Devyn Quick 144.

Jr. Cats, Middle School Soccer meeting on Jan. 22

Boys Basketball to play in Dunk4Diabetes Shootout on Jan. 25

Booster Club Pancake Breakfast

The Athletic Booster Club is having a pancake breakfast on Sat., January 25, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Commons.  Tickets are $5 each or $20 for a family up to 5.  You may purchase tickets in the Athletic Office or from any coach or Athletic Booster Member.

Celebrate 1,500 boys basketball wins

Earlier this season, the Newark Wildcat boys basketball team won its 1,500th game in program history. We are inviting any former players, coaches or family members to the Jan. 24 home game against Gahanna Lincoln High School to be recognized on-court immediately following the Junior Varsity game. In an outstanding 9th frame 10th frame roll off the girls went on to victory thanks to Aneesa Smith: who bowled 40 pins to Lakewoods 29 pins.
